01 Who we are and what this page covers

CozyLantern Apps is the developer brand used for Talking Pumpkin Spooky Buddy, Snare Drum Pro and Drums Academy on Google Play. The developer currently identified in those listings is Mitja Piškur, Mojstrska ulica 1, 9000 Murska Sobota, Slovenia.

This page explains information handling on the CozyLantern presentation website and directs you to the app-specific privacy information currently published for these three apps. It does not extend to unrelated projects. App notices and store declarations describe the installed apps separately from the browser demo on this website.

02 Information on this website

You can read the pages, browse screenshots and use the drum demo without submitting your name, email address or an account to CozyLantern. Our page code includes no contact form, newsletter signup, analytics service or advertising pixel. Fonts, icons, screenshots and scripts are served from this website.

Serving a webpage still involves technical information. The hosting and security services can receive an IP address, requested page, request time, browser information and response details to deliver content and protect the service. Their processing and retention are separate from the page’s own code.

The hosted private preview may require ChatGPT sign-in. Where that access gate is present, its authentication and related storage are handled by OpenAI under its privacy policy, including the European version where applicable. The page itself does not request your ChatGPT password.

If you email us, we receive your address, the message and any files you choose to include. Share only what is needed to explain your request.

03 Cookies and browser storage

Our presentation pages do not set analytics or advertising cookies, and their code does not use local storage, session storage or a browser database. Menu, gallery, tempo and demo controls keep their state only while the page is open.

The hosting or sign-in layer may use storage required for its own access and security functions. Your browser may also cache downloaded files. You can review or clear site data in your browser settings; clearing authentication storage may sign you out of the private preview.

Website browser controls do not change Android app permissions or advertising settings on your device.

04 Privacy information for our apps

These summaries reflect developer declarations published on Google Play. The music-app listings were reviewed on 31 October 2026 and Talking Pumpkin on 1 November 2026. They describe the store disclosures, rather than an independent inspection of every app version or advertising service.

The app-specific notices currently linked by the store use earlier publisher branding and broader descriptions of analytics and advertising. Those notices and current store declarations are not fully aligned. This website summary does not resolve that difference or replace those notices. For clarification, include the app name and installed version in your message.

05 Recordings and device permissions

Browser demo. The three drum pads and metronome generate sound locally in your browser after you interact. They do not request microphone access, record you or upload performances.

Talking Pumpkin Spooky Buddy. The app requests microphone permission when talking starts. Its description states that voice effects are processed on your device. You can revoke microphone access in Android settings, which limits talking features.

Drums Academy. The Android app offers recording, including optional voice recording, and uses microphone permission for audio input. You can review, deny or revoke this permission in Android settings. Denying it can limit voice-recording features. Saved projects, recordings and exported WAV files are different from data you send to us in a support message.

App files. Recordings, projects and exports can also be handled by your operating system, backups or any sharing destination you choose. Review those services’ settings and policies before sharing. This website cannot access files saved inside the apps.

06 Advertising and app stores

All three Google Play listings identify the apps as containing ads. Drums Academy describes optional ads used to unlock instruments or sections. Talking Pumpkin offers optional rewarded unlocks for additional sounds, backgrounds and finishes. The information declared for advertising differs by app, as outlined above; the website itself does not display ad network content.

Use the privacy controls available in your app, Android settings and relevant advertising service. A device advertising preference does not necessarily stop every ad or every technical request needed to deliver one.

Opening a Google Play link takes you to Google’s service. Downloads, store accounts, reviews and any store transactions are handled under Google’s terms and privacy policy. Our website’s store links identify the app or developer and contain no personal visitor identifier.

07 Purposes and legal grounds

For website and support information under our responsibility, the purposes are to deliver the pages, maintain service security, answer questions, investigate a reported problem and handle privacy requests.

Where the GDPR applies, necessary service and support processing may rely on providing a requested service or our legitimate interests in responding and operating securely. Records required by law rely on the relevant legal obligation. Any processing that requires consent must have that consent; this policy is not itself a request for it.

The app-specific purposes currently declared on Google Play are described in section 04. Permission to use a device feature is separate from any consent required for personal-data processing.

08 Service providers and international processing

Web hosting, security, authentication and email providers handle information needed to perform their services. Google operates the app store; the separate app notices describe the app-related services they cover. Providers can process information in countries outside your own.

Where a transfer under our responsibility requires safeguards, the applicable data-protection requirements apply. Provider policies explain their own processing locations and transfer arrangements. Contact us for information about a provider or transfer relevant to your request.

Information may also need to be disclosed to satisfy a legal requirement or respond to a valid request from an authority.

09 Retention and security

We keep support correspondence for as long as it is needed to address the request, follow up on the issue and meet applicable legal requirements. The page code does not save a persistent history of your demo or gallery interactions.

Hosting and authentication records follow the relevant provider’s retention arrangements. App files on your device follow the app, Android and backup settings; app-service retention is addressed by the app-specific notices and providers. We do not state a fixed server-retention period that applies to every app and service.

Removing an app or clearing its data can remove local files without removing copies held by a backup, a sharing recipient or an external service. The music-app Google Play listings currently do not offer an in-app data-deletion request mechanism; you can still contact us to exercise any rights available to you.

We take care when handling requests and information under our control, but no online service or storage method is completely secure. The hosted website uses HTTPS; this is not a blanket statement about encryption in every installed app or third-party service.

10 Your choices and privacy rights

You can manage browser data, Android permissions and the controls offered by the relevant service. If the GDPR or another applicable law gives you rights over information we process, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where the relevant conditions are met. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it for future processing.

Tell us which website or app is involved, its version if known and what you would like us to do. We may need proportionate information to confirm your identity or locate a record. Avoid sending passwords, payment-card information or unnecessary recordings.

You may complain to your competent data-protection authority. In Slovenia, this is the Information Commissioner. The European Commission’s guidance explains GDPR rights and their conditions.

11 Children and family use

A store age rating describes content suitability and does not, by itself, explain an app’s data practices or establish consent to processing. Parents and guardians should review the app’s store disclosures, permissions, advertising controls and privacy notice before a child uses it.

This website does not ask visitors to submit a child’s information. A parent or guardian with a concern about a child’s data can contact us, identifying the app and issue without sending unnecessary personal details. We may need to verify the requester’s authority to act for the child.

12 Updates and contact

We will revise this page when the website or its privacy information changes. The date at the top identifies this revision. Material changes that legally require an additional notice or consent must be handled accordingly.
